Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle & Cox, P.C., attorney Ronna Kinsella was recently selected to serve as the Publications Chair for the Professional Liability Committee of The Defense Research Institute (DRI). Kinsella previously served as Vice Chair of Publications for the Committee in 2016.
The Professional Liability Committee covers all types of professional liability defense, including design professionals, lawyers, accountants, insurance providers, real estate professionals, financial advisors, educators, and the clergy. The Committee regularly contributes scholarly updates on new legal developments, recent case law, and emerging trends through electronic newsletters and DRI’s flagship magazine, For the Defense.
“DRI has been an invaluable resource to my everyday practice and my ability to stay on the cutting edge of what is going on in the broader legal community,” Kinsella states. “I am privileged to work for a firm that recognizes the value of an organization like DRI and extremely honored to have been selected for the position of Publications Chair of the Professional Liability Committee,” she adds. “This position allows me the opportunity to work with defense experts, legal professionals, insurers, and attorneys across the country as they provide case law updates, practice tips, and information on emerging trends within the professional liability field to other defense practitioners. This, in turn, educates my own practice and helps me better serve the needs of my clients.”
“Ronna is a strong advocate for her clients and peers, an attribute that we encourage throughout our firm,” says Richard Glassman, Senior Shareholder at Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle & Cox, P.C. “Her efforts with The Defense Research Institute are only one example of a commitment to excellence that she displays in every aspect of her practice.”
