Senior Shareholder Richard Glassman and Partner Ed Wallis filed a motion to dismiss against a lawyer sued in Arkansas for the allegedly wrongful handling of a divorce matter, and the Court granted the Rule 12 motion to dismiss, holding that the attorney was sued outside of the three year statute of limitations period for legal malpractice in Arkansas. The case was dismissed without any discovery.
