Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle & Cox, P.C. is pleased to announce that Senior Shareholder Richard Glassman has been nominated as a Fellow in the Tennessee Bar Foundation. The Tennessee Bar Foundation is a statewide, law-related, philanthropic organization dedicated to furthering the integrity and highest ideals of the legal profession. No more than 35 Fellows are chosen annually. Total membership is less than 4% of all lawyers licensed in Tennessee.
Membership in the Tennessee Bar Foundation is an honor that is reserved for attorneys that have practiced for at least 15 years, have demonstrated an uncompromised dedication to integrity and high personal and professional ethical standards, and have made outstanding and recognized contributions to the legal profession and to the public good.
Richard Glassman, a lifelong Memphian, is the Senior Shareholder and President of Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle & Cox, P. C. Since 1972, Mr. Glassman has represented clients throughout the State of Tennessee and beyond. Richard is also a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America (a by-invitation association of less than 1/2 of 1% of lawyers in the United States to promote superior advocacy and ethical standards). Richard previously served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Memphis School of Law where he taught a course on Insurance Law.
