Ronna D. Kinsella has been named one of three new partners at Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle & Cox, P.C. as of January 1, 2020. Ronna has worked as an Associate with the firm since June of 2010. A 2005 graduate of the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law, Ronna previously practiced with other local Memphis firms, working primarily in the areas of products liability, commercial litigation, personal injury and medical malpractice. Since joining GWTC in 2010, Ronna has successfully served both as plaintiff and as defense counsel in a variety of practice areas in state and federal courts across Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas. She has also successfully briefed and argued cases before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Tennessee Supreme Court and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ronna currently enjoys a diverse practice, assisting individual and corporate clients in the areas of transportation law, products liability, personal injury/wrongful death, professional malpractice defense, business litigation, premises liability defense, and appellate work. She has been recognized as a “Rising Star” by the Mid-South Super Lawyers each of the past six years, and is an active member of the Defense Research Institute (“DRI”), where she has held multiple leadership roles with the organization’s Professional Liability, Commercial Litigation, and Diversity & Inclusion Committees, as well as authored the 8th Chapter, entitled “Pretrial,” of the organization’s book The Trial Compendium.
