Shareholder Ed Wallis has been selected as a member of the Merit Seleciton Panel for the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee. The Panel included members of the Bar and community and was tasked at identifyng and recommending persons best qualified to fill the position of United States Magistrate Judge tor the Western District of Tennessee. The Panel completed its work in February 2020 and submitted a panel of names to the District Judges of the Western District of Tennesse.
Mr. Wallis is a former judicial clerk to now Chief Judge S. Thomas Anderson of the Western Disrtict of Tennessee.
