Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle & Cox, PC Attorneys Ed Wallis and Kyle Cannon raised over $7,500.00 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital – and ran a combined 19.3 miles in the process.
Wallis finished a half marathon in a personal best 1 hour, 52 minutes and 31 seconds for an 8:36 per mile pace at the December 7, 2019 event. It was Ed’s second half marathon finished.
Cannon, a previous half marathon finisher, focused on the 10k race for the second year in a row, finishing third place for all male runners age 40 and up at a 7:37 per mile pace. Kyle finished the 6.2 mile race in 47 minutes, 15 seconds.
While both Ed and Kyle enjoyed the physical thrill of personal bests in this year’s race, both Memphis, Tennessee trial lawyers were equally honored to raise a combined $7,500.00 for the children of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. With over 26,000 runners this year in the marathon, half marathon, 10k and 5k races, the event raised over $12 million in what has become the largest single day fundaiser for the hospital.
The Firm is proud of Ed and Kyle.
