Brundick will represent the firm’s clients in a variety of civil litigation practice areas. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) with an extensive background in the financial field, having worked as an Adjunct Professor in the Finance Department of the University of Memphis, where he taught undergraduate and graduate Real Estate Finance classes. He also held positions as Market President, Argent Financial Group; Managing Director, Private Client Group, Duncan-Williams, Inc.; and Chief Operating Officer, Waddell & Associates, Inc., and served in several legal and wealth management roles with Morgan Keegan & Co.

Brundick is admitted to the Bar in the Jurisdictions of Arkansas and Tennessee. He is a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 listed mediator, the president-elect and a member of the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys Law School Alumni Board; member of the Germantown Baseball League Board of Directors; former member of the AutoZone Liberty Bowl Board of Directors; member of the AmSouth Investment Management Co. (RIA) Board of Directors; a member of the Search and Selection Committee for the U of M Fogelman College of Business Real Estate Chair of Excellence; he achieved Highest Law School Grades in International Finance, Products Liability and Alternative Dispute Resolution; was the Director and winner of the TVA Investment Challenge, and was a member of U of M President’s Academic Dishonesty Committee.
